Very happy with the service provided. Item was dispatched and delivered quickly. I asked a question at purchase time as to whether this was the correct replacement for particular crystals on the chandelier I had purchased in 2020, as it was not completely clear from the options available. That question was answered and the crystals do indeed look correct. Bought a few extra for the next time I am clumsily cleaning our chandelier.
